His more than 25 years of experience in the industry have helped him develop an unmatched level of market knowledge and extensive network of relationships that help him guide clients through national retail rollouts across North America.
Scott leads a select group of brokers that specialize in large-scale retail rollouts. The team is comprised of experts bringing domestic and international brands to new markets throughout the United States and Canada.
Scott’s team takes a holistic approach to each project and advises clients on every phase of a rollout, beginning with corporate structure and tax advisory services. They can also provide expert counsel on rollout strategy and site selection, transaction management, supply chain management and project management.
