Amy has more than 25 years of national retail leasing experience in a wide variety of urban and suburban geographic markets. She has experience with lifestyle and mixed-use projects as well as enclosed super regional malls. She has worked on ground-up project leasing and overseen existing project leasing activities for a variety of owners.
Amy is an expert in the development and implementation of leasing strategies where she analyzes, negotiates and executes lease transactions on behalf of her clients. She is a trusted advisor, utilizing CBRE’s global platform and extensive industry knowledge to bring real value to her clients’ assets.
She is actively involved in the recruitment of retailers for existing retail and new development projects in downtown Dallas with a focus on fashion and restaurants.
Amy is involved in the leasing of lifestyle and mall projects in the Southeast and Southwest, providing valuable counsel on remerchandising centers to existing relevant and productive retail brands.
She has had the pleasure of working with a variety of developers and owners, including RREEF, Lincoln Property Group, Westdale, DDR, Cigna Investment Management, Hunt Realty Corporation, Prudential Real Estate Investors, Principal Real Estate Investors, UBS Financial Services Inc., Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT), Lerner Enterprises, Federal Realty and Poag & McEwen.
Amy joined CBRE in 2015 through its merger with UCR. Prior to UCR, Amy spent much of her career in the regional mall arena with more than 15 years at General Growth Properties (GGP). As a vice president of leasing for GGP, Amy handled project leasing on more than 30 projects in 23 states.
She was also the director of real estate for Liz Claiborne, Inc., in Los Angeles, where she was a senior member of the executive real estate team for Lucky Brand Jeans and Kate Spade.
